He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Economics. He holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Technical University.

He started his career in 2006 as an Assistant Specialist at the Turkish Statistical Institute.

In 2009, he was appointed as Assistant Tax Expert to the Board of Account Experts of the TR Ministry of Finance. After the legal regulation made in 2011, he continued his business life with the title of Tax Inspector at the Tax Inspection Board until 2020. During his service at the TR Ministry of Treasury and Finance, he audited many large companies and held administrative positions.

As the Head of Strategy and Business Development Group of Tarım Kredi Holding between 2020 and 2023, he took part in the coordination of projects regarding Corporate and Digital Transformation, Investment, M&A and Business Process Improvement of the companies in the Tarım Kredi Group.
As of March 2023, he has been serving as General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tarım Kredi Teknoloji INC.

He has CPA and Independent Auditor certificates.
 

He graduated from Fırat University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2001.

He has more than 22 years of experience in CIO, IT Director, technology management, project management, information security management, system management and software development in the public and private sectors. He is an expert in areas such as technology management, program management and information security and has successfully managed large-scale projects in these areas.

He started his career as a software engineer at Hesbim Yazılım, and later gained extensive knowledge by leading technology projects in various sectors as a Software Engineer at Gesa Bilişim, System Engineer at Torku, and Software Team Leader at the Ministry of Justice. He worked as Technical Project Manager in critical projects such as Program One Project and TTVPN Project, which are one of the important projects of Türk Telekom.

Later, he served as the Head of Information Technology Department at the Turkish Standards Institute, where he successfully managed critical projects such as Digital Transformation, CRM, BPM and Data Center Establishment. He then served as Group CIO at BCC Invest Group.

He has ISO 27001 Auditor Certificate and was appointed as Tarım Kredi Teknoloji A.Ş., Infrastructure and Security Group Manager as of January 2024.

He graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2006. She continues her undergraduate education in Management Information Systems at Istanbul University.

During his working life, he has worked as a Software Developer, Software Development Team Leader, Project Manager and Software Development Manager in leading companies and holding structures operating in the fields of defense industry, energy, telecommunications, electronics and system integrator with his 18 years of experience both domestically and abroad.

He started his career as a software engineer at BtDays Yazılım in 2006, and later gained experience in many domestic and international companies. Among his important projects, he has led the "Republic of Turkey E-ID Card", "EGM - Biometric Identity Management System" and "Long Range Tracking and Identification of Ships - LRIT" projects under the ownership of TURKSAT, involving 67 international countries.

Main areas of activity; He has led many projects in the fields of strong engineering management, software project management, system architecture and software development.

As of January 2024, he was appointed as Tarım Kredi Teknoloji A.Ş., Software and Product Development Group Manager.

He graduated from Gazi University, Department of Business Administration in 2006.

He specialized in working on cost accounting applications in Production and Service businesses, management accounting, finance, budget applications and effective ERP use in companies.

After working in financial affairs departments in the private sector between 2006 and 2015, he joined the Tarım Kredi Group in 2016.
He worked as Senior ERP Business Analyst, Budget and Cost Manager and Financial Affairs Group Manager in the group's technology, production and supply companies, respectively.

He holds an Independent Accountant and Financial Consultant (CPA) license and was appointed as Tarım Kredi Teknoloji Inc.(Technology), HR and Financial Affairs Group Manager as of July 2023.
