He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Economics. He holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Technical University.

He started his career in 2006 as an Assistant Specialist at the Turkish Statistical Institute.

In 2009, he was appointed as Assistant Tax Expert to the Board of Account Experts of the TR Ministry of Finance. After the legal regulation made in 2011, he continued his business life with the title of Tax Inspector at the Tax Inspection Board until 2020. During his service at the TR Ministry of Treasury and Finance, he audited many large companies and held administrative positions.

As the Head of Strategy and Business Development Group of Tarım Kredi Holding between 2020 and 2023, he took part in the coordination of projects regarding Corporate and Digital Transformation, Investment, M&A and Business Process Improvement of the companies in the Tarım Kredi Group.
As of March 2023, he has been serving as General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tarım Kredi Teknoloji INC.

He has CPA and Independent Auditor certificates.
 

He graduated from the Turkish Military Academy with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1993, and from Middle East Technical University (METU) with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2000.

He completed his master’s degrees in Management and Organization at Dumlupınar University and in Computer Engineering at Selçuk University.

With 32 years of experience gained both domestically and abroad, he has held various senior positions in the field of information technologies within the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) and the defense industry.

During this period, he has taken part in and led numerous projects in system and network management, logistics information systems, IT management, digital transformation management, and national and international cyber security initiatives.

As of October 2025, he serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Security at Tarım Kredi Teknoloji A.Ş.

He graduated from Gazi University, Department of Business Administration in 2006.

He specialized in working on cost accounting applications in Production and Service businesses, management accounting, finance, budget applications and effective ERP use in companies.

After working in financial affairs departments in the private sector between 2006 and 2015, he joined the Tarım Kredi Group in 2016.
He worked as Senior ERP Business Analyst, Budget and Cost Manager and Financial Affairs Group Manager in the group's technology, production and supply companies, respectively.

He holds an Independent Accountant and Financial Consultant (CPA) license and was appointed as Tarım Kredi Teknoloji Inc.(Technology), HR and Financial Affairs Group Manager as of July 2023.
